Resume.

I have spent almost 20 years working in the creative industry, covering different roles in the field of cultural management, event production, and communication.
I have collaborated with renowned festivals, brands, and organizations.
I have also launched a few personal projects: a platform that explores the intersection between films, art, and music called LiveSoundtracks, a creative community to share and boost female talent and a few radio shows.
Through the Dreamers Academy platform, I help artists, creatives, social innovators and organisations to define their mission and develop the strategy to achieve their dreams and goals.
Aside from my skills in cultural management, I use my knowledge acquired through PNL, Yoga, Meditation, and Reiki techniques, to help manage stress, and anxiety and live a healthy and balanced life.

“If a little dreaming is dangerous, the cure for it is not dream less, but to dream more, to dream all the time.”

My Story.

I have been a dreamer ever since I was young. I come from a little town from the south of Italy where nothing happens so being creative was the only way not to get bored.

The first step I took to follow my dreams was moving to Milan where I studied ‘Science of Communication’ and discovered my love for electronic music festivals. I wrote my thesis on ‘Sonar festival and the Italian Scene.’ My hunger to learn more about the creative industry brought me to Barcelona to complete a post-graduate program in ‘Management of Companies in the Music Industry’, followed by a Masters in ‘Cultural Management’. From there I found myself working for some of the most important international festivals such as Primavera Sound, Mutek, Mecal, and Loop.

I gained the confidence and expertise on these jobs to start my own project, LiveSoundracks and I have been able to include some of Europe’s greatest musical talents in the LiveSoundracks family such as AGF, Carsten Nicolai, Deena Abdelwahed, Lucrecia Dalt, Kangding Ray, Kyoka, Mika Vainio and Vladislav Delay, amongst others.

Since the inception of the project, one of my grandest dreams was to create my own festival. This happened when I won a contest and was able to organize the ‘Movistar LiveSoundtracks Festival’.

After that, I started to help other organizations to create their own festivals, as Share and Ombra Festival and I helped institutions like the Consulate General of Italy and the Italian Cultural Institute in Barcelona to curate a series of events.

At the moment I’m particularly committed to spreading well-being in the creative industries through my platform Dreamers Academy.
